Make It BIG Terms and Conditions

This campaign is held by i-Serve Payment Gateway Sdn Bhd [Registration No. 201501003085 (1128417-K)) (“ISPG”). By joining this campaign, you agree to be bound by and comply with these Terms and Conditions which shall form an integral part of and to be read together with Zapp Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

ISPG reserves the right to amend, delete, or vary these Terms and Conditions at its sole discretion without giving any prior notice and you shall be bound by such changes, which shall be posted on Zapp website (www.zapp.com.my) and Zapp app.

All prizes or rewards awarded under this campaign are sponsored by ISPG.

Campaign Period:
The “Make It BIG” (“Campaign”) shall start from 20th January until 20th February 2022 (“Campaign Period”). ISPG reserves the sole and absolute right to extend the Campaign Period at any time without giving any prior notice.

Eligibility
This Campaign is open to all Zapp users (“Users”) who have active account status.

Prizes
Subject to the Campaign mechanics below, there will be a total of Thirty-Three (33) prizes (“Prizes”) to be won by the Eligible Users.

Each Eligible User shall only be entitled to one prize from each Prize Pool throughout the Campaign Period. Prizes are not transferable nor exchangeable and will only be awarded to the winners as verified by ISPG.

ISPG reserves the absolute right to substitute the Prizes with any other item(s) of similar value at its discretion without any notice to any winner(s).

Campaign Mechanics
Users who makes a minimum transaction of RM15.00 in a single transaction via Zapp during the Campaign Period (“Eligible Users”) shall be eligible to receive One (1) entry to participate in the Campaign to win Small Red Ticket (“Small Red Ticket”). .

Eligible transactions include in-app voucher purchase, online checkout via Zapp, in-app bill payment, in-app prepaid top-up, in-app charity donation, scan and pay via Zapp, or sending e-Angpow via Zapp.

For transfer of e-Angpow, take note that only the first Three (3) transactions will be eligible to earn a LUCKY Ticket. The fourth and/or any subsequent transfer of e-Angpow henceforth shall not be entitled to earn any entry for the campaign.

Only One(1) LUCKY Ticket will be given for each single transaction.

Every cumulative of Five(5) Small Red Ticket shall automatically be eligible to earn One(1) entry to participate in the Campaign to win BIG Red Ticket (“BIG Red Ticket”).

There are no limits to the total of entries earned by Users unless otherwise stated herein

Both Small and BIG Red Tickets are lucky draw entries for respective prize pools and does not in itself guarantees the user(s) any reward.

Users can only win One (1) prize from each prize pool (LUCKY and BIG) regardless of total entries/tickets earned.

The lucky draw shall be conducted after the Campaign ends and the winners will be announced on Zapp’s official Facebook Page, Instagram and/or Zapp website on or before 4th March 2022 (“Winners”). Such announcement may also be emailed to the subscribers of Zapp’s mailing list.

Prizes will be posted to the address provided by the Winners. The delivery time of the Prizes will be subject to the speed of our assigned logistics company. Winners may also opt for self-collection of their respective prizes at ISPG’s office at UOA Business Park.

Other Terms & Conditions
The Users by participating in this Campaign (“Participants”) agree to be bound by the Terms & Conditions contained here in that:

ISPG reserves the right at their absolute discretion to substitute any of the Prizes with a reward of similar value, at any time, without prior notice or consent. All Prizes will be awarded in its current state and cannot be exchanged.

ISPG’s decision on all matters relating to the Campaign (including the interpretation of these Terms and Conditions) shall be final, conclusive and binding and no disputes, appeals, inquiries and/or correspondence in relation to any of the decisions shall be entertained.

the Participants hereby give consent to and authorize ISPG to disclose their particulars to the third-party service providers and participating merchants engaged by ISPG solely for the purposes of the Campaign. ISPG assures that the disclosure of such particulars to any third-party service providers shall be limited to the names, addresses and telephone numbers of the Participants and/or Winners and shall only be used in relation to and solely for the purposes of the Campaign.

the Participants hereby give consent to and authorise ISPG to use his/her name and/or any photographs taken (if applicable) or other information provided by the Participants and/or Winners for current and future advertising, marketing and publicity purposes relating to the Campaign. Participants and/or Winners also agree to be featured in any publicity material relating to the Campaign.

Failure to comply with any applicable terms, conditions, rules, regulations, instructions or methods shall result in the Participant being disqualified from the Campaign.

ISPG’s decision on the selection of Winners are final and any disputes, objections, or substitutions will not be entertained.

ISPG shall not be responsible for any losses or damage to the Prizes resulting from the delivery, poor handling or storage by the assigned logistic companyand any request for replacements of the Prizes will not be entertained.
