This campaign is held by i-Serve Payment Gateway Sdn Bhd (Company No. 1128417-K) (“ISPG”) . By joining this campaign, you agree to be bound by and comply with these terms and conditions which shall form an integral part of and to be read together with Zapp Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
IPSG reserves the right to vary and amend any of the above terms and conditions without prior notice.
Campaign Period
The “Scratch and Be Rewarded” (“Campaign”) shall start from 15th Nov 2020 until 15th Jan 2021 (“Campaign Period”). Any extension thereof shall be at the sole discretion of ISPG.
Eligibility
This Campaign is applicable to all Zapp users (“Users”).
Campaign Mechanics

Grand Prize and Monthly Prize
ISPG will select three (3) eligible Users to receive the prizes below :
The winner of the Prize (“the Winner”) will be randomly chosen by ISPG. All eligible Users should keep their mobile phones switched on and their accounts active during this period. Winners are required to answer certain questions correctly to be confirmed as Winner. ISPG shall not be responsible or liable if the Winner cannot be contacted for any reason whatsoever following efforts by ISPG to contact the Winner via phone. If ISPG is unable to reach the Winner, ISPG reserves the right to disqualify the Winner and to select the next eligible User as winner of the Prize.
Each Winner is entitled to win either Grand Prize or one (1) Monthly Prize only.
The winners will be notified by ISPG via Zapp’s official website and/or Zapp’s Facebook and Instagram page on the 31st of each month from December 2020 to January 2021.
The Prizes will be delivered/collected by the winner within thirty (30) working days upon the winner announcement is made or such other period as may be determined solely by ISPG.
The Prizes may only be delivered/collected to/by the Winner at the Winner’s own risk upon verification of : (a) Full name as per NRIC (b) NRIC (c) Zapp ID
All costs, fees and/or expenses incurred or to be incurred by the Winners in relation to the Campaign and/or to claim the Prize(s) which shall include but not limited to the costs for transportation, postage/courier, personal costs and/or any other costs are the sole responsibility of the Winners.
Prizes are non-transferable and non-exchangeable for cash or other goods, whether in part or in full.
ISPG reserves the right at their absolute discretion to substitute any of the Prizes with a prize of equal value, at any time, without prior notice consent. All Prizes will be awarded in its current state and cannot be exchanged.
All prizes are awarded ‘as is’ and ISPG gives no guarantee and makes no representation whatsoever regarding any of the prizes (including but not limited to any guarantee or representation relating to the nature, and/ or quality of any of the prize) and the consumer of each prize shall consume that prize at its own risks.
Other Terms & Conditions
ISPG’s decision on all matters relating to the Campaign (including the interpretation of these Terms and Conditions) shall be final and binding and no further correspondence or attempt to dispute such decision would be entertained.
