Additional Terms
- Eligible participants may only be entered once and entitled to one (1) prize only.
- Campaign winners must continue to be a registered Zapp user until the fulfilment of prizes, whereby failing to do so, the winner(s) will be disqualified from the campaign and any prize(s) won will be forfeited.
- The prize is non-refundable, non-transferable and non-exchangeable for cash, credit or any other item(s).
- i-Serve will fulfil the delivery of prizes within sixty (60) days of the claim by the selected winners of the Zapp Up & Win.
- the extent permitted by law, the Organiser shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for personal injury which is suffered or sustained as a result of prize collection and/or fulfilment
- By participating in this campaign, the Eligible Participant expressly agrees and consents to:
- be bound by these terms and conditions and the decisions of the Organiser’s concerning this campaign;
- grant to the Organiser and its authorised advertising or media agencies all consents and waivers necessary for Eligible Participant’s name, likeness and particulars to be used for publicity, marketing and advertising purposes worldwide, without limitation and without compensation, in any manner whatsoever in any part of the world as the Organiser shall in its sole discretion deem fit;
- allow Organiser to disclose to any third party the Eligible Participant’s personal data for any and all purposes in relation to this campaign and any other related business activity;
- hold harmless and indemnify Organiser from any loss or damage suffered during delivery of prizes.
- The records of transactions maintained by Organiser and the selection of Winners shall be final and conclusive.
- Organiser reserves the right to select a new Winner(s) to substitute any Winner(s) who may be ineligible or disqualified for any reason whatsoever throughout the Campaign Period.
- Organiser reserves the right to replace prizes, in the case that no stock is available, with another prize of equal value.
- Organiser’s decision on all matters relating to this Campaign shall be final, conclusive and binding and it shall not be obliged to give any reasons or enter into any correspondence with any person(s) on any matter concerning this Campaign.
- The Winners shall not be entitled to any cash compensation, benefits or substitution in any form whatsoever in lieu of the Campaign.
- Organiser reserves the right to forfeit the Prizes awarded if the Winners do not comply with any of the terms and conditions herein.
- Organiser reserves the rights at its absolute discretion to change, vary, delete or add to any these terms and conditions without prior notice.
- Organiser shall not be responsible in any way whatsoever in the event of any complaint, dispute, damage or defect arising in respect of any of the Prizes.
- These Terms and Conditions, as may be amended from time to time, shall prevail over any provisions or representations contained in any other promotional material or advertising of this campaign.
- i-Serve reserves the right to cancel, terminate, suspend or replace this campaign (or any part thereof) with or without any prior notice and shall not be liable for any claim or compensation in respect of such cancellation, termination, suspension or replacement.

- By entering into this campaign, all Eligible Participants consent to the use of their Personal Data by the Organiser for the running of this campaign or for any publicity of the campaign in any form and through any media;

- Any failure by the Eligible Participant to disclose the personal data required may result in disqualification from the campaign.
The Campaign Terms and the General Campaign Terms and Conditions (collectively “Terms and Conditions”) shall be binding on all participants who participate in this campaign (“participants”). The definitions in the General Campaign Terms and Conditions shall apply unless otherwise expressly stated in the Basic Terms. In the event of any inconsistency between the Campaign Terms and the General Campaign Terms and Conditions, the Campaign Terms shall prevail to the extent of such inconsistency.
Entry and participation in the campaign shall be deemed an unconditional acceptance by the participants of the Terms and Conditions
