1. This campaign is held and owned by i-Serve Payment Gateway Sdn Bhd (Company No. 1128417-K) (“ISPG”). By joining this campaign, you agree to be bound by and comply with these Terms and Conditions which shall form an integral part of and to be read together with Zapp Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
2. ISPG reserves the right to amend, delete, or vary these Terms and Conditions at its sole discretion without any prior notice and you shall be bound by such changes, which shall be posted and put to immediate effect upon date and time of publishing on Zapp website (www.zapp.com.my) and/or Zapp mobile app.
3. All prizes or rewards awarded under this campaign is sponsored by ISPG.

Campaign Period

1. The “Just Zapp It” (“Campaign”) shall start from 1st September 2021 until 31st October 2021 (“Campaign Period”). ISPG reserves the sole and absolute right to alter the Campaign Period at any time without giving any prior notice.

Eligibility

1. This Campaign is open to all Zapp users (“Users”) with an active account status.
2. Permanent or contract employees of ISPG (including its associated or related companies) will not be eligible for any grand prize or consolidation prizes.

Campaign Mechanics

1. Users spending a minimum of RM15 in a single transaction via Zapp with any of the categories (“Categories”) below will be entitled to
   1. one (1) random voucher (“Reward”); and
   2. one (1) entry (“Entry”) to win the grand prize (“Grand Prize”) or consolation prizes (“Consolation Prizes”)
2. The categories are:
   1. In-app voucher
   2. In-app shopping for Youbeli and Mama Dim Sum only
   3. In-app bills
   4. In-app prepaid
   5. In-app charity

Rewards and Prizes

1. The Rewards are:
   1. Miniso Voucher worth RM5; or
   2. Texas Chicken Voucher worth RM12.40; or
   3. Baskin-Robbins Single Junior Scoop Voucher worth RM7.90.
2. The Reward will be credited on random immediately into the User’s wallet based on first come, first served basis and capped at maximum of five (5) Rewards per User during the Campaign Period.
3. The Grand Prize and Consolation Prizes (“Prizes”) are as below:
   1. Grand Prize of one (1) JD Sports RM500 voucher for one (1) winner
   2. Consolation Prizes of one (1) Baskin-Robbins Handpacked Pint Voucher worth RM33.50 for ten(10) consolation winners
4. ISPG will select one (1) eligible User (“Potential Winner”) for the Grand Prize and another ten (10) eligible Users for the Consolation Prizes (“Winners”) at the end of the Campaign Period.
5. Potential Winner is required to answer 2 questions correctly to be confirmed as the winner of the Grand Prize (“Grand Prize Winner”).
6. Should the “Potential Winner” fails to provide the correct answers for the 2 given questions, he/she will be disqualified and a new “Potential Winner” will be selected by ISPG.
7. Item 6. Will be repeated until correct answers are provided by the latest “Potential Winner.”
8. ISPG shall not be responsible or liable if the Potential Winner cannot be contacted for any reason whatsoever following efforts by ISPG to contact the Potential Winner via phone. If ISPG is unable to reach the Potential Winner, ISPG reserves the right to disqualify the Potential Winner and proceed to choose another eligible User as Potential Winner.
9. Each eligible User is entitled to win one (1) Prize only.
10. The Grand Prize Winner and the Winners will be notified by ISPG via Zapp’s official website, Zapp’s official Facebook page and Instagram page, and Zapp mobile app’s inbox feature within one (1) month after the campaign ends.
11. The Grand Prize will be delivered/collected by the Grand Prize Winner within thirty (30) working days upon the Winner’s announcement or such other period as may be determined solely by ISPG.
12. The Grand Prize may only be delivered to/collected by the Grand Prize Winner at the Grand Prize Winner’s own risk upon verification of:
    1. Full name as per NRIC
    2. NRIC
    3. Zapp ID
13. All costs, fees and/or expenses incurred or to be incurred by the Winners in relation to the Campaign and/or to claim the Prize(s) which shall include but not limited to the costs for transportation, postage/courier, personal costs and/or any other costs are the sole responsibility of the Grand Prize Winner and the Winners.
14. The Consolation Prizes will be credited to the Winners’ Zapp e-Wallets.
15. Prizes are non-transferable and non-exchangeable for cash or other goods, whether in part or in full.
16. ISPG reserves the right at their absolute discretion to substitute any of the Prizes with a prize of equal value, at any time, without prior notice nor consent. All Prizes will be awarded in its current state and cannot be exchanged.
17. All Prizes are awarded ‘as is’ and ISPG gives no guarantee and makes no representation whatsoever regarding any of the Prizes (including but not limited to any guarantee or representation relating to the nature, and/ or quality of any of the Prize) and the Winners of each Prize shall consume that Prize at its own risks.

Other Terms & Conditions

1. ISPG’s decision on all matters relating to the Campaign (including the interpretation of these Terms and Conditions) shall be final and binding and no further correspondence or attempt to dispute such decision would be entertained.
