This campaign is held by i-Serve Payment Gateway Sdn Bhd (Registration No. 201501003085 (1128417-K)) (“ISPG”) and City Baker’s Enterprise Sdn. Bhd. (Registration No. 201401033933 (1110024-M)) (“City Bakers”). By joining this campaign, you agree to be bound by and comply with these Terms and Conditions which shall form an integral part of and to be read together with Zapp Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
ISPG and City Bakers reserves the right to amend, delete, or vary these Terms and Conditions at its sole discretion without giving any prior notice and you shall be bound by such changes, which shall be posted on Zapp website (www.zapp.com.my) and Zapp app.
All prizes or rewards awarded under this campaign are sponsored by ISPG.
Campaign Period:
The “City Bakers’ USJ Outlet Opening Giveaway” (“Campaign”) shall start from 25th Feb until 12th March 2022 (“Campaign Period”). ISPG and City Bakers reserves the sole and absolute right to alter the Campaign Period at any time without giving any prior notice.
Eligibility
This Campaign is open to all Zapp users (“Users”) with active account status.
This Campaign is only applicable for City Bakers’ USJ Outlet.
Campaign Mechanics
Users who spend a minimum of RM60.00 at City Bakers’ USJ Outlet upon a single checkout with Scan and Pay via Zapp will be entitled to One (1) RM10 Texas Chicken Cash Voucher (“Reward”).
Users can redeem the Reward immediately over the counter upon completion of transaction subject to receiving a notification in Zapp informing he/she is eligible for the Reward.
The Reward is awarded on a first come first served basis and only limited to the first 200 successful transactions during the Campaign Period.
There is no limit to number of Reward the Users can receive during the Campaign Period.
Other Terms & Conditions
ISPG’s and City Bakers’ decision on all matters relating to the Campaign (including the interpretation of these Terms and Conditions) shall be final and binding and no further correspondence or attempt to dispute such decision would be entertained.
